What Does God’s Love and Grace Look Like Today?

If a picture is worth a thousand words, a video is worth even more. During his message as a guest speaker for our church Sunday, Max Lacado showed this you-tube video to illustrate the depth of God’s love and grace for us. I just wanted to pass it on. Whether you’ve seen it or not, it’s worth reviewing often. What a powerful picture of not only a mom laying down her life for her kids, but of a Savior who gave His all for us!

The Depth of God’s Love and Grace

My Prayer for You

Jesus, I will never understand the depths of Your love and grace that reaches all the way from heaven to my sinful heart. I can never measure up; yet You still love me. You have seen me at my worst; yet You still believe in me. I will always fall short; yet You give me grace, every day of my life. You clothed me with Your perfection. You gave Your life–to save mine. How can I ever say thanks?

Day-votedly Yours,

This video is so powerful. I sent it to my best friend and told her to watch it though it may rip her heart out as she watched, her heart would feel so good at the end because, after all, it is all about Grace.
I thank the Lord everyday for rescuing me from hell. I thank Him for
His immense love that never fails and for so much grace, so undeserved.

Tears are on my cheeks. Recently, I felt tensions within – a fight – I felt that I was expected once again to bend my knees and crawl. It’s like my mother in a restricted ward in her mid 80’s said too. I think they are trying to bring us to our knees. So I wasn’t happy but I determined to respond to the challenge of responsibility and as I was looking up to balance the pon pon plant, a white milky cloud entered through a narrow window high above and then a white bird that grew bright and brighter and radiated. Later, as I’m not Christian someone told me to look at Mathrew 3. I did. Even years ago I reverened silence in nature and wondered if each bird had it’s own space to perform in. I listened to nature intently. It’s not the first time I’ve seen birds within, many times I do and I feed them on my porchin the winter and my neighbours love them a lot too. Some neighbours. I don’t know where this is going but it has made its impact on me. Let me say, you have a beautiful mother. Radiant.

I like you post and video definitely. Indeed its a amazing blog post. Today people are becoming so cruel. They don’t have good feelings for others. God really give us grace daily and make our life beautiful each day. Now words for God’s praise. I am totally speechless.
