It’s easy to lose hope and to form our own conclusions about life when we look at our circumstances. But that’s not always an accurate picture. A better way is to look up. Examine the track record of God’s faithfulness. It’s flawless, just like Him.
God’s Faithfulness
Having a hard time finding His tracks? They’re everywhere–in the beauty of His creation, in a baby’s first cry, in His gift of Jesus to us, and throughout the promises in His Word. This month, I challenge you to do a Bible word study on God’s faithfulness. List the tracks of God’s faithfulness in your life. Celebrate His promises–and all the ways He has been faithful to bless you through the years.
You’re Not Alone
You’re not alone. God is faithful. It’s my life theme, and God’s faithfulness is one of my favorite subjects. I so hope it becomes yours. In this season of Thanksgiving, give thanks for God’s faithfulness. No matter what’s going on in your life, He’s right there with you. He hasn’t left you. He never will. And His tracks are clearly found for those who go looking.
My Personal Prayer for You
Precious God, for those who need hope today, make yourself known to them. Open their eyes so they can see the tracks of Your faithfulness again. Love them through the circumstances that make life difficult, and keep them looking up, so they never lose track of You–and how faithful You are. Thank you this season–and all through the year–for your amazing faithfulness.
