Wisdom to Remember

http://www.rebeccabarlowjordan.com/wisdom-to-remember

Where can we find the wisdom we need?

“My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,” says the Lord. And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine.  For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so my ways are higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts” (Isaiah 55:8-9, NLT).

For the Lord grants wisdom! From his mouth come knowledge and understanding (Proverbs 2:6, NLT).

Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5, NLT).

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom (Proverbs 9:10, NIV).

What about You?

How has God corrected your wrong conclusions? What is your favorite verse on wisdom? What “wisdom” has God helped you remember?  I’d love to hear your comments.

Greetings! Catheryne’s Teacher, the Holy Spirit taught of Wisdom when she happened to see snippet of a Chinese show mum was viewing; and it was exactly where HE wanted me to learn something. there was a boy of twelve asking a monk: Teacher, where can I find Wisdom? the Monk’s reply was: come back in 3days time and i’ll give you the answer. The Spirit of the Lord spoke inside of me: MY WORD has the answer in Job 28. anyway she continued viewing to see what the monk’s reply was. After 3 days the boy came to see the monk who had no answer to the boys question!? but she had! so she did not continue to view the show and went instead to get hold of that verse and read it! Hallelujah! the Questions and the Answers were all there in that chapter..AWESOME GOD! SHALOM & BE BLESSED TO PASS IT ON…

Really this is for me.i just prayed for Gods wisdom and understanding with the above bible verse today, the holy spirit minister to me that the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom, that i should be mindful of my words, actions and thoughts least i sin against him.A brother today wrote that what he witnessed in court yesterday would required one because he is a lawyer to be telling lies before he could succed in his profession.i encouraged him to ask God for his wisdom and direction since lying is a sin and no liar will inherit the kingdom of God.Wisdom is essential and the principal thing we need in this end time. Thanks Rebecca and happy new year to you
