Book Giveaway

Because marriage and family  is one of my passions, I’m pleased to share with you a book by Pam Farrel in today’s giveaway: 52 Ways to Wow Your Husband. Pam is a delightful woman of God, a great author, and a friend that I’m glad to recommend!

From Pam and Bill Farrel’s Love-Wise website come these words:

We have been fascinated with the question, ‘How?’ ever since we met. When we got married we knew three things: (1) We love Jesus. (2) We love each other. (3) We have a lot to learn if we want to have a successful marriage. That created a passion in our hearts to figure out how relationships work. We have sought answers to these questions through reading books, our own personal growth as a couple and through professional research. We honestly believe anyone can have great relationships so we have devoted our lives to sharing the practical insight we have learned with as many people as possible. We are excited that you are joining us in discovering how to make all your relationships work better.”

Have you ever asked questions such as, “How can a couple have a successful marriage? How can men and women communicate in a way that works? How do men and women use their differences to enhance their lives rather than drive each other crazy? How can a couple get good at making decisions together? How do you forgive someone who has hurt you? How can a man and a woman develop strong careers and stay in love?”

If you are interested in questions such as these, you will thoroughly enjoy Bill and Pam’s books and seminars.

Both Bill and Pam Farrel have written some great marriage books. They make a great team! Today’s book giveaway features Pam’s new book, 52 Ways to Wow Your Husband.  Here’s my brief review of Pam’s new book:

Please enter me in your book giveaway contest. Though I am not married myself having gone through a devastating divorce several years ago, I would love to give it to my daughter and her fiance. They both want to grow in the Lord and follow His will over their own. I think this would be something good for them after they get married next spring. Thank you for having this giveaway.

I would also like to thank you for your blog. I find it interesting that I get my email notifications of a new post right when I need one. As always, God’s timing is always perfect. Thank you for allowing God to work in your life and be such an encouragement and teacher.

      Have a Blessed day!

Please enter me in your book give away.
I have been praying and asking God to restore our marriage.
We have been married for forty years, but my husbands job has always been number one.
We went on a vacation together for our anniversery this year. That is the first time in our marriage that I have talked him into going anywhere with me, and he complained about the cost the whole time.
I need all the suggestions and help that I can get!
I know that with God, all things are possible! Thank you for your consideration.

Please enter me in you drawing. Our marriage is good, there is always room to grow. We have been married for almost 9 years and have 3 beautiful girls. With all the daily tasks it is easy to fall into a routine and sometimes forget to show the other how much you care , love and appreciate the other. I want to keep he spark alive and wow my husband everyday.

I just want to thank you for sharing your thoughts with others.
We have been married 51 years next month and its had its ups and downs but with Gods help and leadership we have been very happy and satisfied. The Lord knows when we need His help and encouragement. With that in mind we have enjoyed our life as we have 4 children and 9 grandchildren, 9 gr grandchildren. The children growing up had up and downs as well but all seem to be happy .The Lord has watched over us and been there in rough times. I would say just continue to obey God in all that you do and remember even if we wonder , that the Lord is in control. Happy a great day. Praise God. Wanda

I would love the opportunity to read this book – even at age 66, one must minister into one’s marriage. We are never too old to learn new ways to put the WOW factor into relationships. Marriage is dear to God’s heart and therefore, dear to mine. Our relationship with the Lord, gives us the Grace to see the rough times through. The main thing is to remain a friend and choose each day to love our man that God chose to be a husband for each of us. Thank you Rebecca for the opportunity to read this book.

I would love to be considered for this book. My husband and I have been married going on 8 years and we have a son. We are separated at this time due to infidelity. We are trying to work it out and I want so much to learn what I can do so that we don’t run into this again. We both are committed to God, me more so then him, but he is wanting to be and I need to learn what I can do to help him along the way without being a know it all and holier then thou.

Thank you and God Bless you.

    Got something to say?
